التطوير و التنمية  الزراعية

سيظل قطاع الزراعة أحد أهم قطاعات الاقتصاد القومي المصري..رغم كافة المعوقات التى يعانى منها..حيث تتوحد الجهود الآن للعمل على إعطاء دفعة قوية لهذا القطاع الرئيسي .. حتى يستعيد مكانته كركيزة أساسية فى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي ..ويتم ذلك من خلال التوجه نحو مشروعات التنمية الزراعية المستدامة التي ستحافظ على مواردنا الطبيعية من الأرض والمياه.

وقد شهدت مصر منذ ولاية الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى إطلاق عدد من مشروعات التنمية الزراعية العملاقة  .. ومن أبرزها مشروع المليون ونصف المليون فدان .. و مشروع المائة ألف صوبة ..وإحياء مشروعات التنمية الزراعية فى توشكى وشمال سيناء  .. مشروعات تنمية الثروة الحيوانية والاستزراع السمكى..بالإضافة إلى الجهود التى تتم للنهوض بأحوال الفلاح المصري باعتباره ركيزة هذا القطاع.

الزراعة فى أرقام :

يؤدى قطاع الزراعة دوراً رئيسياً فى دعم الدخل القومي وفى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي ، وتوفير الخامات اللازمة للعديد من الصناعات الهامة ، وتساهم  الصادرات الزراعية فى تحسين ميزان المدفوعات،وهذا ما تؤكده المؤشرات التالية:

- بلغت المساهمة النسبية لقطاع الزراعة فى معدل نمو الاقتصاد القومي خلال النصف الأول من العام المالي 2015/2016 نحو 13.4%،ومن المتوقع أن يحقق مساهمة بنسبة 12.9% خلال هذا العام.

- استقر معدل نمو قطاع الزراعة عند 3% خلال عامى (2014/2015-2015/2016) ، ومن المستهدف أن يرتفع ليصل إلى 4% على المدى القريب.

- تستهدف خطة عام 2016/2017 أن يبلغ الإنتاج المحلي الإجمالي لقطاع (الزراعة - الغابات - الصيد) نحو 496.7 مليار جنيه (بتكلفة العوامل و بالأسعار الجارية) بنسبة 10.7% من الإنتاج المحلي الإجمالي ، وأن يبلغ الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للقطاع نحو 375.4 مليار جنيه خلال العام بنسبة 11.5% من الناتج الإجمالي

المشتغلون بقطاع الزراعة :

يقدر عدد المشتغلين فى مجال (الزراعة والصيد واستغلال الغابات)  بنحو 6.69 مليون مشتغل بنسبة 27.5%من إجمالي عدد المشتغلين عام 2014 ، وهم موزعون بنحو 4.51 مليون مشتغل من الذكور بنسبة 67.5% ،ونحو 2.17 من الإناث بنسبة 32.5%  .

وإذا أخذنا فى الاعتبار أن الأسرة الريفية تتشارك بجميع أفرادها فى  أعمال الزراعة لوجدنا أن أكثر من 55% من السكان بمصر يعملون فى الزراعة بصورة غير مباشرة .

الاستثمارات :

- تستهدف خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2016/2017 تحقيق استثمارات كلية تقدر بنحو 570 مليار جنيه ، وتشكل الاستثمارات المستهدفة بقطاع (الزراعة – الرى- الصيد) نحو 5.3% من الاستثمارات الكلية ، وتقدر بنحو 30.264.4 مليار جنيه ، منها 88% استثمار خاص وتعاوني ،ونحو 12% استثمارات عامة.

- تقدر الاستثمارات الحكومية بقطاع (الزراعة – الرى- الصيد ) خلال هذا العام بنحو 3.5 مليار جنيه ، تمثل 3.1% من إجمالي الاستثمارات الحكومية خلال عام 2016/2017.

- تقدر الاستثمارات المستهدفة بالقطاع من خلال القطاع الخاص والتعاوني فى خطة 2016/2017 بنحو 26.5 مليار جنيه بنسبة 9.1%من إجمالي الاستثمار الخاص خلال هذا العام

الزمام الزراعي :

فى عام 2015 .. بلغ إجمالي مساحة الزمام الزراعى فى مصر نحو 10.0 مليون فدان ، وبلغ إجمالي مساحة الأراضي القابلة للزراعة (الأهالى والحكومة) نحو 8.9 مليون فدان ، بنسبة 88.5%من إجمالي الزمام ، والأراضي غير القابلة للزراعة  نحو 1.1 مليون فدان بنسبة 11.5%وتمثل ( السكن - المنافع العامة – أكل النهر – السكك الحديدية ...وغيرها)

خريطة الزمام الزراعى موزعة على النحو التالى :

-الوجه البحرى : 6 مليون فدان بنسبة  59.5% .

-الوجهة القبلى: 3.2 مليون فدان بنسبة 32.3%.

-المحافظات الحضرية : 0.7% مليون فدان بنسبة 7.3%.

-محافظات الحدود : 0.1% مليون فدان بنسبة 0.5%.

الملكية الزراعية :

بلغ إجمالي مساحة الأطيان الزراعية عام 2015 نحو 8.9 مليون فدان ، وهى موزعة على النحو التالي:

- إجمالي مساحة أطيان الأهالى نحو 7.2 مليون فدان.

- إجمالي أطيان الحكومة نحو 1.7 مليون فدان.

المساحة المنزرعة :

بلغ إجمالي المساحة المنزرعة عام 2014 نحو 8.95 مليون فدان ، مقابل 7.92 مليون فدان عام 2013 ، بنسبة انخفاض 0.4% .

المساحة المحصولية :

بلغ إجمالي المساحة المحصولية عام 2013/2014 نحو 15.69 مليون فدان ،مقابل 15.49 مليون فدان عام 2012/2013 بنسبة زيادة 1.3%.

ومن أهم ملامح توزيع المساحة المحصولية خلال عام 2013/2014 الآتى :

- بلغت مساحة محصول القمح نحو 3.39 مليون فدان بنسبة زيادة نحو 0.4%عن العام الذي  سبقه ، وبلغت كمية الإنتاج 9.28 مليون طن.

- بلغت مساحة محصول القطن نحو 369 ألف فدان بنسبة زيادة  28.8% عن العام الذي سبقه ، وبلغ الإنتاج 253 ألف طن بنسبة زيادة 21.9% .

- بلغت مساحة قصب السكر نحو 332 ألف فدان .

- بلغت مساحة الصوب الزراعية نحو 24 مليون م2،وكمية الإنتاج 285 ألف طن.

تنمية الثروة الحيوانية :

تقدر الاستثمارات المخصصة لتنمية الخدمات البيطرية والسمكية فى خطة 2015/2016 بنحو 266,5 مليون جنيه ، وفى إطار جهود الدولة للحفاظ على الثروة الحيوانية ،نجح معهد الأمصال و اللقاحات بمركز البحوث الزراعية فى إنتاج 90% من اللقاحات التي تُستخدم لتحصين الأبقار والماشية من الأمراض الوبائية ، من بينها 19 لقاحاً لتحصين الأبقار ضد مرض ( البورسيلا ) ،كما تضاعف إنتاج اللقاحات المخصصة لأنفلونزا الطيور لتصل إلي 100 مليون جرعة تم إنتاجها خلال عام  2015 .

صناعة الدواجن :

تقترب مصر من تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من الدواجن ، والذى بلغ حوالي 94.8% ، و تمثل صناعة الدواجن في مصر صناعة قوية وواعدة ، حيث يعمل بها حوالي 2.5 مليون عامل ، وتبلغ استثمارات هذه الصناعة حوالى مليار جنيه. وهذه الصناعة تنتج سنوياً ما يقرب من مليار و 250 مليون كتكوت عمر يوم واحد ، وحوالي مليار دجاجة ، و 8 مليارات بيضة مائدة ، ويمثل القطاع التجاري في هذه الصناعة حوالى  70% منها ، ونحو 30%من القطاع الداجني الريفي ، ويبلغ عدد مزارع الدواجن المرخصة في مصر حوالي 22 ألف مزرعة .

تنمية الثروة السمكية :

بلغ إنتاج مصر من الأسماك نحو 1.250 مليون طن عام 2015 ، ومن المستهدف أن يصل حجم الإنتاج  إلى 2 مليون طن عام 2018 ، من خلال خطط طموحة لتطوير الإنتاج السمكي وزيادة إمكانات الثروة السمكية في البحيرات العذبة والمالحة وخاصة بحيرة  ناصر ، بالإضافة إلى مشروعات الاستزراع السمكى بإقليم القناة وسيناء.

وقد تم التوسع فى الاستزراع السمكى البحرى فى مناطق شرق التفريعة والإسكندرية والبحر الأحمر ومطروح ، و وادى مريوط ، وساهمت وزارة الزراعة فى إنشاء أقفاص سمكية للشباب فى وادى مريوط بنظام الزراعة المكثفة لتعظيم العائد والإنتاجية ، بالتعاون مع جهاز الخدمة الوطنية ، وأيضا إنشاء المشروعات السمكية فى سيناء وكفر الشيخ .

ما هو الفرق بين التسويق العقارى و الترويج العقارى ؟
قد يختلط الأمر على البعض ما بين مفهوم التسويق العقاري والترويج العقاري ، ويعتقدوا ان المصطلحين لهما نفس المعنى.

4 - السعر : سعر العقار وما يُضاف له من رسوم خدمات أو وساطة.
